Caron is the creative owner of Fosse Farmhouse, a boutique B&B with three rustic holiday cottages located beside the ancient Roman Fosse Way in the village of Nettleton close to Castle Combe.

As an enthusiastic collector of vintage kitchenware and French brocante throughout her life Caron has traded antiques at Portobello Road London and the vintage markets in and around Bath where she is well known for her unique decorative style.

Four decades ago she discovered Fosse Farmhouse - a rambling Georgian property which she brought to life with a unique vision of fun and eccentricity to create a relaxed country retreat brimming with auction house finds.

Caron welcomes guests personally whenever possible, baking traditional Wiltshire lardy cake & scones, serving cream teas, and sharing stories about her fascinating life.

Her home is a living treasure trove with personality at every turn.

Her hospitality and the unique character of Fosse Farmhouse have earned her international recognition. Caron was invited to teach Gordon Ramsay how to bake a lardy cake on his Discovery TV show Uncharted UK Showdown: Jurassic Coast . She has been featured in the USA on Today.com the morning show  and she has even welcomed members of the Japanese imperial family to stay in the farmhouse B&B during a private visit to the UK.

Fosse Farmhouse is BIG in Japan as it’s the location for the hit anime and manga series Kiniro-Mosaic / Kinmoza! Thousands of anime fans from around the globe visit seeking the B&B’s unique British charm portrayed on screen.
