Ground Floor: Entrance lobby, leading to living/dining room with dining table and chairs, two comfortable sofas, TV, DVD, CD and Digital radio. Door leading to the large sunny kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, tumble drier, gas cooker, electric hob, espresso machine, microwave, fridge/freezer.
Washing machine in separate building.
Exterior door to gravelled driveway.
First Floor: Two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, all with ensuite
shower, basin and WC, TV and tea/coffee making facilities in each room.
Extra rollaway bed available on request.
On the landing is a separate guest cloakroom with WC and wash-hand basin.
Well behaved dogs accepted (maximum 2). Not suitable for children under 10 yrs.
