Caron’s series “World Class Cuisine” on Discovery T.V USA gained international recognition. For Radio 5 live she has recorded & broadcast “Going Bananas” her own 6 part series on using wild food in everyday cookery.
The highly successful “Cooking With Confidence”, a six part series of half hour programmes for BBC 1 was written, researched & presented by Caron in 1997.
The Japanese market has remained important to Caron’s success, where she has published two books “English Country Life” & “English Country Food”.
Her work has also been featured in The Independent, The Daily Mail, Country Living & Forbes Magazine.
